The exhibit "The Ouray Hot Springs Pool" opens. The pool was opened in 1927 so this is the 90th anniversary of the opening of our pool. Learn all about the history of this top Ouray attraction. Exhibit runs through November 11th.

 

 

 

MAY

 

 

11 The exhibit “Something Old, Something New, Bridal Traditions 1885-1965” opens. See the bridal gowns worn by Ouray women from the late 19th century through the first half of the 20th Century. Exhibit runs through November 11th.

Corkscrew Railroad Bed and Turntable Hike (guided by Don Paulson, $10 cost) - Sponsored by the Ridgway Railroad Museum and OCHS. Call 970-325-4576 to preregister. Hikers will meet at the Ouray County Museum at 9:00 am. In case of inclement weather call Don Paulson at 325-0931 before 8 am to ascertain the hike status.
